Three prenatal sessions, three postnatal sessions, and full hands-on support during the length of active labor through delivery and birth.

+ Six 4 hr visits tailored to your own specific needs including specialized nutrition support, postpartum bodily support, traditional Ayurvedic practices including belly wrapping and abhyanga, infant care, advanced child care education, and more.

Format:

Prenatal and postnatal sessions available as virtual consultations or in-person visits, dependant on location and familial preference.

+ Daily and nightly hands-on support in the home.
