Three prenatal sessions, three postnatal sessions, and full hands-on support during the length of active labor through delivery, birth and immediate postpartum

+ Three 4 hr daily visits within the six week ‘sacred window,’ tailored to your own specific needs including specialized nutrition support, planning and preparation, sitz baths, herbal teas, postpartum bodily support, traditional Ayurvedic practices including belly binding and Abhyanga, infant care, advanced education on lactation, and more
