+ Ayurvedic staples - honing in on specific recipes including, but not limited to- yogurt, cultured ghee, paneer cheese, congee, kitchari, vegan & gluten free baked goods

+ Ceremonial and ritual - learning ancient self-care rituals that support the body pre and post baby including Abhyanga, traditional belly binding, tongue scraping, candle gazing, mindfulness and meditation, as well as seasonal celebrations, moon rituals, bereavement and loss council, & closing of the bones | sealing ceremony
